Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• Alpha One is single-phase with a 6% trailing drawdown based on the high-water mark, which locks at the initial balance once up 6%. Minimum trading days: 1.
• Alpha Pro comes in variants chosen at purchase (Pro 6% has a lower target with tighter drawdown and daily loss; Pro 10% allows more drawdown for a higher target). Minimum trading days: 3 per phase.
• Alpha Three spreads qualification across three phases with targets of 8%, then 4%, then 4%, a 6% static maximum drawdown and 4% daily loss. Minimum trading days: 3 per phase.
• Alpha Swing uses a 10% static maximum drawdown and 5% daily loss, with phase targets of 10% then 5%. Minimum trading days: 3 per phase.
• Weekend holds are allowed at every stage including the Qualified Account; on Alpha Pro a weekend hold on a Qualified Account is a soft breach and those profits are removed.
• News rule: a trade opened within 2 minutes before or after a high-impact release must stay open longer than 2 minutes to be valid.
• The Qualified Account carries a 0% profit target.
• If the balance falls below the drawdown floor the account closes.

Payout Policy

Qualified Analysts earn an 80% performance split as standard on eligible simulated profits, rising to 90% on Alpha Direct or with the optional 90% split add-on. Bi-weekly requests require a minimum of $100 profit and at least 5 trading days for the first request. Alpha Swing performance fees are on-demand only.
