You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for information submitted through it. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials through reviews or support forms.
Reviews should describe genuine experiences and information you reasonably believe is accurate. We may moderate, reject, restrict, or remove spam, duplicate submissions, abusive content, credential leaks, unlawful material, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or content that does not meet our review standards.
Submitting a payout case does not guarantee payment, recovery, legal representation, mediation, or a response from a prop firm. PropFirmCheckup may help organize information and communicate about an issue, but it is not a law firm, financial regulator, escrow provider, or debt-collection service.
PropFirmCheckup points are promotional loyalty units only. They have no cash value, are not cryptocurrency, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted or cancelled where fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulation, chargebacks, or task-verification issues are identified. Reward availability, funded challenge size, partner inventory, and eligibility can change.
Giveaways may have separate eligibility, timing, entry, geographic, age, and prize conditions. Points used for valid giveaway entries are normally non-refundable after entry. We may void fraudulent or duplicate entries and may require identity or account verification before awarding a prize.
Affiliate access is included with registered membership. Referred accounts are subject to verification before points are awarded. Referral credit may be refused for self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, misleading promotion, prohibited traffic, incentivized abuse, or other manipulation. Selected media and creator partnerships may also have separately agreed promotional terms.
Names, logos, and trademarks of listed firms belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, certification, or affiliation with PropFirmCheckup.
Trading and prop-firm evaluations involve financial risk. Rules and conditions can change. You remain responsible for reviewing a firm’s current official terms, restrictions, fees, and eligibility requirements before purchasing an evaluation or making a trading decision.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
