Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• BEM One profit target is 9%.
• BEM One maximum drawdown is 6%.
• BEM One daily loss limit is 3%.
• There are no minimum trading days.
• News Trading: BEM One (Funded): Opening or closing trades is prohibited from 4 minutes before until 4 minutes after a high-impact news release BEM Classic (Evaluation and Funded): Opening or closing trades is prohibited from 4 minutes before until 4 minutes after a high-impact news release BEM Classic Swing (Evaluation and Funded): Opening or closing trades is prohibited from 4 minutes before until 4 minutes after a high-impact news release Trades opened at least 8 hours before a high-impact news event may remain open and be managed normally during the news window Cryptocurrency pairs: Not subject to any news trading restrictions BEM One Only program: News trading is allowed without restrictions
• Copy Trading: Copy trading is allowed between your own personal accounts and between multiple BEM Trader funded accounts, provided all trades originate from accounts you own Copy trading between evaluation accounts is not permitted, and each evaluation account must be traded independently
• Inactivity: If no trades are placed within 30 days of your account purchase or after the last trade, your account will be automatically closed
• Multiple Challenges and Strategy Restrictions: You may participate in multiple challenges simultaneously During the Challenge and Consistency phases, you must not open trades across your own accounts using the same strategy
• Risk Limit: During the funded stage, the maximum risk on any single trading pair must not exceed 1.2% of the initial account balance This rule applies to Classic Normal, Classic Swing, and One accounts
• Equity Guard: During the funded stage, the combined risk exposure across all open positions must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance This rule applies to One Only accounts only
• Weekend Holding: Weekend holding is allowed during evaluation Holding trades over the weekend or through a market rollover period longer than 2 hours is prohibited in the funded stage on all programs except the BEM Classic Swing and BEM One Only program
• Prohibited Practices: Bulk or Mass Trading Activity: Opening multiple trades simultaneously or in rapid succession in a manner that indicates automated or non-discretionary execution Bracketing Strategies: Placing pending buy and sell orders around the market price ahead of major news releases to capture volatility spikes Gambling or One-Sided Trading Behavior: Trading behavior that resembles gambling, such as oversized positions, repeated one-directional exposure, or attempts to pass an evaluation through a small number of high-risk trades
• Martingale strategies: Hedging & Opposing Positions: Opening opposing positions on the same symbol (or highly correlated symbols), either within a single account or across multiple accounts, in a manner intended to manipulate performance metrics or bypass risk limits Other prohibited practices: https://bemfunding.com/prohibitedTradingPractices

Payout Policy

BEM One On-demand payouts are subject to a 35% consistency requirement. The requested reward must be at least 50% of the Maximum Daily Drawdown amount, with a minimum processing threshold of $150, whichever is higher. Before requesting a reward, you must leave a buffer zone in your account so it stays above your trailing drawdown level after the reward is processed. This buffer helps protect your account from being closed due to drawdown rules BEM One Only On-demand payouts are subject to a 30% consistency requirement with a minimum withdrawal amount of $150 after the profit split is applied. Buffer Requirement: Following a reward, the User must maintain a buffer equal to at least 50% of the Maximum Daily Drawdown amount. Failure to maintain the required buffer may result in account termination. Classic Withdrawals are available every 14 days, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $150 after the profit split is applied.
