1-Step, Instant Lite & Instant Elite 1.5% Risk Per Trade Idea: A trade idea consists of the initial position and any positions opened in the same direction on the same instrument and within 10 minutes after closing a losing trade, with the combined loss across all such positions not exceeding 1.5% of the initial account balance. Violation is a hard breach. Adjustable to 2% with add-on

Flex 1-Step 1% Risk Per Trade Idea - Evaluation & Funded: A trade idea consists of the initial position and any positions opened in the same direction on the same instrument and within 10 minutes after closing a losing trade, with the combined loss across all such positions not exceeding 1% of the initial account balance. 1st Violation: Soft breach - positions are closed, the violation is recorded, and the account continues 2nd Violation: Hard breach - Account closed Soft breach counts are independent per phase and reset upon passing the evaluation, so evaluation soft breaches don't carry over to the funded account.

Drawdown Adjustment Rule for Instant Accounts: The Max Drawdown does not reset after a withdrawal. If your max loss is locked and you withdraw most or all profits, your account may be left with little to no buffer.

Instant Lite, Instant Elite, 1-Step & Prime 2-Step: Traders must not open or close trades 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after high-impact (red folder) news events on both evaluation and earning accounts. This restriction applies to trade execution and closure, even if a trade was placed before and the take-profit (TP) gets triggered during the restricted timeframe. Stop-Loss Exception: If a position was opened more than 6 hours before the news release and it incurs a stop-loss hit during the News Trading Window, it will be allowed.

Flex 1-Step: Opening or closing a position 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after high-impact news event is not permitted on both evaluation and funded accounts, covering both scheduled releases and unscheduled market-moving events such as major political speeches. Holding through news is allowed. Violations are recorded regardless of outcome. Strike 1: profit deducted. Strike 2: profit deducted and split reduced from 85% to 60%. Strike 3: hard breach - account closed. Strikes do not reset when you pass the evaluation, they are cumulative and carry over from evaluation to funded.

Flex 1- Step 60% Profit-Target Concentration: There are no minimum trading days with the Flex 1-step, but if one trade idea exceeds 60% of the profit target during the evaluation, 4 minimum profitable days of 0.5% profit each day will be applied on the funded account before your 1st payout.

EA Rule: EAs are allowed only where you make the trading decisions and the EA merely assists with execution or management — including position sizers, risk calculators, partial-close managers, and self-developed EAs where you control the logic (you must be able to prove ownership of the source code). Any EA or automated system, paid or free, that independently generates signals or places trades on its own logic is prohibited, including all commercial and third-party EAs regardless of configuration.
