Firm Rules

• Minimum Trading Days: Prime - Evaluation: 1 day to Pass | Sim Funded: 3 wining days of $200 or more each day Premier Plus(EOD & Intraday) - Evaluation: 1 day to Pass (FastPass) or 2 days to Pass (Standard) | Sim Funded: 5 winning days of $200 or more each day Velocity - Evaluation: 3 days to pass | Sim Funded:3 winning days of $200 or more each day. - Removed with Daily Payout Add-on S2F: 7 wining days of $200 or more each day
• Trading Day Definition: A “Trading Day” is defined as at least one trade placed between 6:00 PM EST/EDT and 5:00 PM EST/EDT the following day.
• News Trading: Allowed to trade through all news events across all account types, including Tier 1 events, as long as proper risk management is maintained
• Expert Advisor: EAs and automated/algorithmic trading are not permitted — all trading must be manual and human-driven.
• Copy Trading: You are welcome to use any copy trading tool of your choice. However, please note that Funded Futures Family is not liable for any losses incurred due to a malfunction of the tool.
• Trading Hours: Trading is allowed anytime markets are open except between 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM EST; all trades are auto-closed at 4:15 PM EST if not manually closed.
• Microscalping Policy: Micro-scalping is permitted at Funded Futures Family on both Evaluation and Funded accounts. Over 50% of your trades and over 50% of your total profits must come from positions held longer than 10 seconds.
• Inactivity Rule: At least one trade per week (with min hold time of 10 seconds) is required per account: this requirement applies to each account individually, not to users overall. If no trades are placed within this period, the account may be marked inactive and breached/closed. Accounts idle for 2 consecutive weeks are automatically closed and cannot be restored. Traders planning a break can contact support in advance to keep their account active.
• CME 2% Price Limit Rule: Trading is prohibited when a product is within 2% of its CME price limit on Sim Funded and Live Funded accounts. Failing to close a trade during a price limit extension results in account ineligibility. Traders are responsible for monitoring the % Net Change on their platform to avoid breaching this rule.

Payout Policy

Profit split is 90/10 in the trader's favour on every plan. Minimum withdrawal $500 across all plans. A qualifying day means a trading day with at least $200 in profit. Approvals are instant - accounts are monitored continuously, so there is no review queue - and funds arrive through Rise (Riseworks) within a few hours once verification is complete. Total payout cap of $100,000 per user. Up to 5 active funded accounts per user across all plans combined. KYC is required (KYB for LLCs) plus a verified Rise account. Requests are final once submitted. PRIME - 3 winning days of $200 or more. Profit goal before a request: $300 ($25K), $500 ($50K), $750 ($100K), $1,000 ($150K). The goal resets after each payout and must be reached again. Buffer, calculated as drawdown plus $100, must stay in the account and cannot be withdrawn: $26,100 ($25K), $52,100 ($50K), $103,100 ($100K), $154,600 ($150K). Cap per request, 1st payout / 2nd onward: $1,000 / $1,500 ($25K), $2,000 / $2,500 ($50K), $3,000 / $3,500 ($100K), $3,500 / $4,000 ($150K). PREMIER PLUS (EOD and Intraday) - 5 winning days of $200 or more. The balance must be at least $1 above the balance at the previous request. Cap per request is 50% of profit, up to $1,000 ($25K), $2,000 ($50K), $2,500 ($100K), $3,000 ($150K). STRAIGHT TO FUNDED (S2F) - 7 winning days of $200 or more. Profit goal between requests, 1st payout / 2nd onward: $1,500 / $1,000 ($25K), $3,000 / $2,000 ($50K), $6,000 / $3,000 ($100K), $9,000 / $4,500 ($150K). Cap per request, payouts 1-3 / 4th onward: $1,000 / $1,000 ($25K), $2,000 / $2,500 ($50K), $2,500 / $3,000 ($100K), $3,000 / $3,500 ($150K). VELOCITY - 3 winning days of $200 or more on the standard plan, or daily with the daily payout add-on. Profit goal, the same on both: $1,500 ($25K), $3,000 ($50K), $6,000 ($100K), $9,000 ($150K). It resets after each payout. Cap per request, standard / with daily payout add-on: $750 / $600 ($25K), $1,250 / $1,000 ($50K), $2,250 / $1,500 ($100K), $3,250 / $2,500 ($150K).
