Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• 2% Price Limit Rule: a restriction that applies when a futures instrument moves within 2% of the CME price limit.
• Micro-scalping: opening and closing trades inside 10 seconds. Only profitable trades count, measured per cycle and per account. At 30% of recorded profit a compliance warning is issued with no deduction. At 40% or above it becomes a violation - on a Challenge Account the ability to hit the profit target is put on hold while trading continues, restored automatically once the figure falls back under 40%. On a FundedNext Account the micro-scalping portion of that cycle's profit is deducted in full. It never terminates an account, but if the deduction meets or exceeds the cycle's net profit, no Performance Reward is issued and withdrawal is disabled for that cycle.
• Inactivity: both Challenge and FundedNext accounts are deactivated after 30 consecutive calendar days without a trade - a Challenge account is marked breached.
• Maximum Performance Reward: withdrawing 100% causes a hard breach, because the Maximum Loss Limit resets at the starting balance.
• Prohibited - account sharing: managing multiple accounts or letting someone else trade on your behalf.
• Prohibited - abusing a slow data feed: trading on delayed price updates to fill at outdated prices.
• Prohibited - account rolling: buying several Challenge accounts and deliberately sacrificing some to pass others.
• Prohibited - exploiting platform errors: trading on glitches, price discrepancies or execution delays for risk-free profit.
• Prohibited - multi-order spam and coordinated trading: placing and cancelling many DOM orders to shape activity, or working with others to influence order flow.
• Prohibited - spoofing: large pending orders placed to fake supply or demand and cancelled before execution.
• Prohibited - bracket strategies: exploiting the absence of slippage or using tight brackets to benefit from favourable fills.
• Prohibited - order-book shaping and layering: orders at several price levels that are not meant to fill, placed to fake market depth.
• Prohibited - grid trading: long and short orders at preset levels to harvest range volatility.
• Prohibited - wash trading: simultaneous or rapid bids and asks that create activity without real market risk.
• Prohibited - simulated-execution exploitation: a sustained pattern of positions with little or no adverse movement, showing profit came from execution advantages rather than market risk.
• Prohibited - tick scalping: repeatedly opening and closing inside a very short window to collect a few ticks from favourable simulated fills, often at maximum size.
• Prohibited - latency arbitrage: trading on price delays between platforms rather than on analysis.
• Prohibited - reverse hedging: opposite positions across accounts to fake controlled exposure and exploit the reward structure.
• Prohibited - hedging with correlated instruments: opposite positions in assets that move together, cutting real exposure while gaming the evaluation.
• Prohibited - gapped or illiquid market trading: trading thin liquidity or large gaps for an unfair edge.
• Prohibited - account flipping and inconsistent contract execution: using high margin to grow or blow accounts with reckless, oversized positions.
• Prohibited - copy trading and group trading: mirroring another trader or a signal service, or coordinating with others to hit rewards together.
• Live-trading country eligibility: traders in a long list of countries - Pakistan, Canada outside Ontario, Nigeria, Turkey, South Africa, Malta, Kenya and many others - can buy accounts, trade and take performance rewards from simulated trading. Anyone who reaches live eligibility while resident there is contacted directly by the Risk Desk to review the options.

Maximum Withdrawal: You can withdraw a maximum up to 50% up to a maximum cap depending on account size after every 5 benchmark days ($50K - $1500, $100K - $2500, $150K - $4000). Reward Share: Traders receive 95% of the requested Performance Reward First Performance Reward Reset: The first Performance Reward resets the MLL back to the initial balance.
