Firm Rules

• Inactivity Rule: 60 Days Inactivity period (must trade at least once in 60 days to keep the account active, violation results to account breach)
• EAs Availability: These are specific for MT5 accounts only. Pine Script: This is specific for TradingView. For its review, please provide the following details to allow FXIFY to assess it directly: Brief description of the EA Timeframe it trades on Average holding time of open positions Trading pairs used Take profit target (in pips) Whether it uses High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Yes/No Whether it involves Latency Arbitrage: Yes/No
• Third party purchase policy: Accounts obtained through third-party purchases are subject to termination. In limited cases, such as a married couple with a shared bank account, exceptions may apply
• Prohibited Trading Practices/Strategies: High Frequency Trading (HFT) Reverse Hedging Group Hedging Account Management Latency Arbitrage Use of a Delayed Data Feed Trading on Delayed Charts Order Book Spamming Herd Trading Collusion Between Users Poor Money Management Improper Risk Management Gambling Behavior (YOLO strategies, impulsive/emotional trading) Exploiting Bugs and Glitches (including arbitrage through glitches) High Leverage News Trading (HLNT – if used as gambling without proper risk management) Statistical Arbitrage See details: https://fxify.com/fxifys-prohibited-strategies/
• IP/Device Policy: Traders can use different IPs and devices — this is allowed and not a violation. Multiple accounts using the same IP may trigger a review, as it can suggest prohibited activities like account management. FXIFY also checks CID (computer ID). If multiple users share the same CID, this raises concerns about account management or KYC violations.
• Performance Protect - Add-on: FXIFY Performance Protect is a unique feature designed to safeguard funded traders’ accounts in the event of a drawdown breach. • One Phase, Two Phase Standard & Three Phase Minimum Trading days: Evaluation & Funded: 5 days for each phase
• Two phase Classic Minimum Trading days: Evaluation & Funded: 4 days for each phase
• 2-Phase Pro Minimum Trading days: Evaluation & Funded: 3 profitable trading days of 0.5% profit each day
• Expert Advisors (EAs): Allowed upon review by the support team and pre-approval.
• Copy Trading: Copy trading is allowed between your own FXIFY accounts and from FXIFY accounts to other accounts. Traders can copy trades into your FXIFY accounts from another account, but you must first provide FXIFY with the master account statement of atleast 1 month trading history showing your name in HTML format. Copying trades from third parties is strictly prohibited. Copy Trading Not Allowed on the 2 Phase Pro
• 2-Phase Pro Daily profit Cap: $4000 profit in 1 trading day. Once this profit limit is reached, you will be closed out and unable to continue trading till the next trading day.
• Minimum Trading Days: Instant Standard: None Instant Lite: 5 days
• News Trading: Restricted 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after high impact news. Holding through the news is allowed but executing trades (Opening, closing, market orders including stop loss and take profit orders within this 10-minute window is restricted. any profit made within this window is not counted.
• Weekend Holding: Not Allowed, Open positions will be automatically closed before market closes on Friday
• Expert Advisors (EAs): Prohibited, the use of EA’s, bots and copy traders is prohibited and can run the risk of account being terminated
• Minimum Trading days: Evaluation & Funded: 3 days
• Stop Loss Rule: Required, 1st & 2nd trades without stop loss automatically closes (soft breach). The 3rd trade without a stop loss is a Hard breach.
• Copy Trading: Prohibited, Traders must execute their own trades without replicating the trades of others.
• Expert Advisors (EAs): Prohibited, the use of EA’s and bots is prohibited and can run the risk of account being terminated
