Firm Rules
Single-step evaluation.
Profit target is 6%.
Daily loss limit is 3%.
Maximum drawdown is 6%.
There is no time limit on the evaluation.
Minimum Trading Days: Crypto - Evaluation: None Crypto - Funded: 3 days of 0.5% Profit each day
News Trading: Executing orders (including TP, SL, and limit orders) within 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after high-impact news events is prohibited on affected pairs. Any profits made within this window will be removed, as a soft breach. Frequent and severe violation may result in account reset, trading restrictions or account termination. The official source for tracked high-impact news releases and exact timings is the calendar located in your Leveraged Dashboard.
Expert Advisors (EAs): EAs are permitted only if they are risk management tools (stop-loss, take-profit, trailing stop, position sizing), copy trading EAs where you solely manage all linked accounts, or self-developed EAs built and controlled by you that don't fall under prohibited strategies. Commercial EAs — purchased, rented, licensed, or publicly distributed — are strictly prohibited, regardless of modifications. Self-developed EA may be fully automated.
Copy Trading: Permitted: Copy trading across your own accounts, whether held with Leveraged, another prop firm, or a retail broker Prohibited: Copy trading between accounts owned by different individuals (including family or friends)
2-Minute Holding Rule: Every trade must remain open for at least 2 minutes from execution Occasional early closes due to volatility or manual error are generally tolerated, but frequent violations will be flagged by the Risk Team and may result in account termination
Inactivity Rule: Accounts inactive for more than 30 days are considered dormant and closed At least one trade must be opened within every 30-day period to keep the account active
Prohibited Strategies: Execution abuse and technical exploitation High-frequency trading, tick scalping, and repetitive micro-duration trading, Latency arbitrage and exploitation of stale prices, delayed feeds, or off-market pricing, excessive order submission, modification, or cancellation, server spam, or platform stress. News, Event, and Market-Closure Exploitation Trading within the restricted high-impact news window, news straddling/bracketing, volatility-sniping around releases, layered/opposing/conditional pending-order structures for event movement, and gap trading on market reopen after closures. Hedging, Coordinated, Mirrored, and Cross-Account Trading Holding offsetting or hedged positions within the same account overnight, hedged/reverse/opposite positions across different accounts, copy trading or mirrored execution between different individuals, and coordinated groups, shared infrastructure, or networks that neutralize market risk while preserving payout upside — whether within Leveraged, other prop firms, retail brokers, signal groups, or trade copiers. Third-Party Control and Signal Copying Signal copying and externally dictated entries/exits, managed-account/pass-your-account/rented-strategy arrangements, running a strategy that isn't your own (including purchased or third-party EAs), and trade copiers or shared trading rooms where you aren't the true originator. Program Gaming and Payout Farming Rolling exposure across accounts, firms, or brokers to run excessive combined risk, structuring trades primarily to meet payout-eligibility rather than to trade genuinely, account churning or using accounts as disposable payout-extraction units, and sequencing all-or-nothing risk across accounts to harvest payouts statistically. Trade-Idea Concentration and Payout-Metric Manipulation Splitting or re-timing positions to disguise the size, risk, or concentration of one trade idea, closing and reopening exposure to reset or obscure risk, and structuring partial closes, trade timing, or artificial profitable days to manipulate consistency, profit-distribution, or payout-eligibility metrics. Grid, Martingale, and Recovery Trading Grid trading, martingale or anti-martingale escalation, increasing size or exposure after losses primarily to recover them, and repeated averaging into losing exposure without a genuine discretionary thesis. Multiple-Account and Identity Abuse Duplicate or additional registrations used to farm payouts or exceed entitlement, trading under another person's identity (or letting another trade under yours), and concealing identity, ownership, funding source, account control, device control, or strategy control. System and Integrity Abuse Exploiting system errors, bugs, display issues, delayed data, or abnormal pricing, using software or workflows that manipulate or misuse the platform, and circumventing geographical, technical, identity, ownership, or security restrictions. VPN/VPS/IP Policy: VPN and VPS use is permitted, provided you remain the verified account holder with sole control of all trading activity. They may be used for stable connections or running self-developed EAs. Prohibited: sharing access, concealing identity or location, bypassing geographic/security restrictions, or facilitating group trading or copy-trading networks. Leveraged may request IP logs to verify genuine ownership. Partial Closing Manipulation -Partial closes used to artificially influence the consistency score are prohibited. If any part of an overnight position is closed, the remaining volume must be fully closed within the same trading day. An overnight position may be closed in no more than two parts (including all positions on the same pair and direction opened within a 15-minute window). Closing in more than two parts across different trading days voids those profits from payout eligibility.
Crypto Drawdown Lock: Once you achieve a 6% gain based on your closed balance, the drawdown locks at your original starting balance and no longer trails
