I got into accident. So my friend was helping me in taking pictre fir kyc and he mistakenly cane in into picitre. No support team says due to 2 people we are un sure of fraud and any misappropriation. But i cleared them that i m ready to give kyc once again but they say we cannot move forward and breached my accoujt. This is my first time doing prop firms and kyc issue i did not know that it will actually breack my whole account. I am willijg to give kyc obce again if they review my issue once again. Please
Dear Support Team, I am writing to sincerely appeal the recent suspension of my accounts. I use Zealy for my trading activities and purchase accounts there. However, my friend somehow came to know my Gmail address—even though I am not sure how—and he ended up contacting support and behaving inappropriately. Because of this, suddenly 3 of my accounts were banned, including one with 2-step verification that I managed to pass with great difficulty, and now that one is banned too. I did nothing wrong, and I am completely innocent in this situation. I don't understand why this happened to me. When I try to talk to support, I am just told that I am a scammer. Please understand that I am not the person who was disrespectful or violated your rules. I kindly request you to please review my case, verify my identity, and restore my accounts.
