Firm Rules

• Strategies that seek to exploit or create errors in the platform are prohibited.
• Disruptive practices, and trading on an external or delayed data feed, are not allowed.
• Manipulative trades, including short-term or high-frequency trading, are prohibited.
• Automated bots are permitted only if the trader is the sole owner, uses them solely within Tradeify, and they are not high-frequency trading bots.
• Team trading, collaborative trading, third-party account management and copying or mirroring trades are prohibited.
• Holding opposing positions in the same futures product, or across products in the same Product Group, is treated as hedging and breaches the agreement.
• Positions may be held in full-size, mini and micro contracts at the same time provided they are all in the same direction.
• Microscalping is restricted: trades executed in under ten seconds are treated as difficult to replicate.
• At least one trade must be executed per calendar week or the account is classified as inactive.
• Tradeify reserves the right to audit and review trading activity for compliance.

Payout Policy

Growth Funded Profit split: 90% / 10%. Requirements: 35% consistency rule, and 5 or more trading days showing profit above $100 (25k), $150 (50k), $200 (100k) or $250 (150k). The trading-day count resets to zero after each successful payout. Account balance needed: 26.5K (25K account), 53K (50K), 104.5K (100K), 156.5K (150K). Minimum payout: $250 (25k), $500 (50k), $1,000 (100k), $1,500 (150k). Maximum payout by request number - 1st: $1,000 fixed (25K), up to $1,500 (50k), $2,000 (100k), $2,500 (150k). 2nd: up to $2,000 (50k), $2,500 (100k), $3,000 (150k). 3rd: up to $2,500 (50k), $3,000 (100k), $4,000 (150k). 4th and later: up to $3,000 (50k), $4,000 (100k), $5,000 (150k). Each payout after the 6th can be any amount up to $25,000 per account. Lightning Funded Profit split: 90% / 10%. No minimum trading days. Consistency rule: 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second, 30% for all later payouts. Payout profit goals on the starting balance: 6% for the first payout on every size, then 4% (25K and 50K), 3.5% (100K) and 3% (150K). Minimum payout: $1,000. Maximum for the 1st to 3rd payouts: $1,000 (25K), $2,000 (50K), $2,500 (100K), $3,000 (150K); for the 4th and later: $1,000 (25K), $2,500 (50K), $3,000 (100K), $3,500 (150K). Select Flex Profit split 90/10, paid every 5 winning days. Winning-day thresholds: $100 (25K), $150 (50K), $200 (100K), $250 (150K). Accounts bought before 1 September 2026: up to 50% of balance capped at $1,250 (25K), $3,000 (50K), $4,000 (100K), $5,000 (150K). Accounts bought after that date: up to 50% of total profits capped at $1,250 (25K), $2,500 (50K), $3,500 (100K), $4,500 (150K). Select Daily Buffers of $1,100 (25K), $2,100 (50K), $2,600 (100K) and $3,600 (150K) must be exceeded before a payout. A trader may request up to 2x the profit earned above the buffer, capped at $600 (25K), $1,000 (50K), $1,500 (100K) and $2,500 (150K). Minimum payout $250. Payouts can be requested at any time once the conditions are met; approved funds leave the account immediately and are paid within 24-48 hours. Requests outside Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm EST may take up to 72 hours. The payout policy is chosen after the evaluation is passed.
