Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• Trading is fully simulated on virtual funds. After passing, the trader enters a Signal-Provider Contract - they do not trade the company's real capital themselves.
• Scalping is allowed.
• Copy trading is prohibited. Cross-account hedging is prohibited. Account sharing is prohibited.
• Arbitrage and latency arbitrage are prohibited.
• Martingale, grid trading and gambling-style trading are prohibited.
• VPNs and VPS are prohibited where used to hide location or run prohibited automation.
• Maximum margin 70% per trade.
• Inactivity: at least one trade every 30 days.
• News trading on the forex challenge is restricted from 10 minutes before to 5 minutes after a high-impact release. On funded accounts news trading is restricted at all times.
• Overnight and weekend holding are allowed on the FX challenges, though swaps apply.
• Maximum funded allocation is $300,000, or 2 funded accounts - whichever limit is reached first.
• ALLOCATION CAP FOR PAKISTAN, MALAYSIA AND INDONESIA: $100,000 maximum funded allocation, lower than the standard $300,000.
• Scaling plans are advertised, with accounts growing on payout and performance milestones.

Payout Policy

PROFIT SPLIT is banded, not flat: the trader keeps 100% of the first $300, 90% from $300 to $1,000, and 80% above $1,000. This applies to FX and Futures funded accounts. Minimum payout $50. Payout cycle every 14 days, with the first payout available after roughly 15 days. Processing takes 1-2 business days after KYC approval, and the firm says most requests arrive within about 4-6 business hours once processed. Paid by bank transfer or crypto, depending on the provider available in the trader's jurisdiction.
