Consistency Rules

Instant standard: Maintain a 30% consistency score to request a payout. This means your best trading day cannot exceed 30% of your total profits. Instant Pro Maintain a 15% consistency score to request a payout. This means your best trading day cannot exceed 15% of your total profit. .

Firm Rules

Minimum Trading Days: Instant Standard & Instant Pro: 4 profitable days of at least 0.5% profit each day 1-Step Rapid, 2-Step (Elite, Classic & Ultra): Evaluation & Funded: 4 Trading days

News Trading: News trading is allowed during the Evaluation phase. On simulated funded accounts, traders are not allowed to open new trades or close existing trades on affected instruments within the 8-minute red folder news window, which is 4 minutes before and 4 minutes after the news event. Any profit generated during this restricted window may be deducted from the account. In rare cases, the account may be reset. This rule only applies to instruments affected by the specific event. All trades during high-impact news events must include predefined SL and TP.

Expert Advisors / cBots / Indicators: Expert Advisors, cBots and indicators are allowed as long as they follow a strategy permitted by WSFunded. However, EAs and cBots cannot be used on Instant Standard or Instant Pro accounts.

Copy Trading: Manual copy trading between the trader’s own accounts is only allowed when both accounts are in the Evaluation phase, and the accounts are not $100,000 accounts. Automatic or manual copy trading is not allowed between funded accounts, between a challenge account and a funded account, to $100K accounts, through external copy trading tools, or between accounts belonging to different clients. Improper use of copy trading may lead to corrective action, including account termination and removal from the program.

Weekend Holding/Trading: Weekend Holding/ trading is allowed. Traders may keep and open positions over the weekend.

Inactivity Period: Duration: 30 days

Mandatory Stop Loss: All trades must have a Stop Loss added within a maximum of 2 minutes after the position is opened. On evaluation, only a warning is issued. On funded accounts, the first violation cancels the payout and the account.

Maximum Accounts: Traders can purchase and operate multiple evaluations simultaneously. Funded accounts can be combined up to a maximum of $400,000.

VPN / VPS: Using a VPN or VPS is allowed, but it is not recommended because it may affect internal tracking systems. VPN or VPS usage is strictly prohibited during the KYC/AML verification process. If a trader completes KYC while connected to a VPN or VPS, the account may not receive funding or may be deactivated.

Classic, Ultra and Rapid accounts: Traders may not risk more than 50% of the Daily Drawdown on a single trading idea. A Stop Loss must be added within a maximum of 2 minutes after opening the trade so the risk team can properly calculate the risk.

Instant Standard and Instant Pro accounts: Traders may not risk more than 1% of the initial account balance per trading idea. A Stop Loss must be added within a maximum of 2 minutes after opening the trade so the risk team can properly calculate the risk.

Elite Accounts: Traders may not risk more than 2.50% on a trading idea. A Stop Loss (SL) must be added within a maximum of two minutes after opening the trade so the risk team can properly calculate the risk.

Trading Idea Definition: A trading idea refers to one or multiple trades on the same instrument, in the same direction, based on the same analysis or market opportunity. Multiple trades may be considered part of the same trading idea if they are opened on the same asset, in the same direction, and within a maximum interval of 30 minutes between each other. Risk is calculated based on the highest risk defined by the Stop Loss. Violation of the risk per trading idea rule on the evaluation is a warning and on funded accounts, the first violation cancels the payout and the account.

Forbidden Strategies: The following strategies are not allowed: High-Frequency Trading, trades lasting less than 60 seconds, grid trading, arbitrage trading, hedge trading, Group Hedging, latency trading, reverse trading, tick scalping, hyperactivity, Account Churning, Gambling/Betting Behavior, Trade Stacking, Overleveraging. WSFunded reserves the right to close the account immediately if any prohibited strategy is detected.
