Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• News trading is allowed - traders may trade news events at their own risk.
• Positions should be closed before the market close. BluSky recommends closing before 4:45 PM ET and the system attempts auto-liquidation around 15 minutes before the close, but the trader remains responsible.
• While Sim Funded: stop trading for the day after $5,000 in daily profit and for the week after $10,000 in weekly profit. Crossing $10,000 in total profit triggers a mandatory Brokerage Review.
• A Support Review Ticket must be opened BEFORE total profit passes $10,000 on an account. Reviews can take up to 5 trading days, and trading during a review forfeits the account.
• On promotion to Live Brokerage, up to $10,000 of profit per account transfers over, less any payouts already taken, capped at $30,000 per trader. The buffer is not part of that figure. If the broker denies the application, simulated profits are forfeited.
• Direct to Funded is the only plan with a losing-day limit: 3 negative days per rolling 10 TRADING days. A fourth inside that window closes the account, so 7 of any 10 traded days must be profitable. Days with no trades are not counted.
• Up to 3 Sim Funded accounts per trader, and up to 3 Instant Sim Funded accounts. Evaluation accounts are unlimited in any combination.
• The Risk Team may review an account at any time and may adjust the daily loss limit, reduce contract size or pause the account. Trades outside contract limits or temporary risk restrictions can be met with PnL adjustments, balance corrections or position liquidation.
• Traders who breach drawdown on 3 or more Sim Funded or Live Brokerage accounts may be restricted to a single active account at the Risk Team's discretion.
• Launch: the launch fee is charged when the evaluation is PASSED, not at purchase, and there are 14 days to pay it. Miss the deadline and the passed evaluation expires permanently - no reset or renewal restores it.
• Launch and Propel bill every 30 days during the evaluation only, at whatever price was paid at purchase including any discount. Billing stops on passing; nothing is charged during the Buffer Zone or while Sim Funded.
• A renewal on an already-failed evaluation includes a free reset. A reset never moves the renewal date. Paid resets: Launch $49/$59/$69 by size, Propel $79, Orbit $99/$109/$279/$279. Buffer Zone resets are $250 for the first three, then $300, $350 and so on in threes.
• Orbit is a one-time purchase with no subscription. The evaluation is valid for 30 days from purchase and a reset does not extend that window - the account expires regardless.
• Brokerage entry requires KYC and AML checks with a government ID and proof of address. Failing them, or a broker rejection for any reason, terminates the account with no refund.
• Payment is made as an independent contractor on a 1099. A 1099 for an LLC requires choosing Gusto - Rise does not issue them. Non-US traders submit a W-8BEN on the first payout.

Payout Policy

PROFIT SPLIT: 90% trader / 10% BluSky at all times on Sim Funded and Brokerage accounts, unless changed by a Risk Team review. Instant Funding is the exception - see below. Payouts run daily, Monday to Friday. A request made before 11 AM ET is processed the same trading day; after 11 AM it moves to the next business day. Bank transfer takes a further 1-3 business days. Paid through Gusto or Rise. There is no minimum number of trading days. What is required is one meaningful profitable day between requests - flipping contracts to manufacture a payout does not count. SIM FUNDED - minimum withdrawal $250, and the balance must be at least $250 above the starting balance. Caps run on a rolling 7-day window measured from the last approval, not a calendar week. Launch Sim Funded, starting balance / minimum balance / 7-day cap: $3,000 / $1,000 / $2,500 ($50K), $3,500 / $1,000 / $3,000 ($100K), $3,000 / $1,000 / $2,500 ($200K). Trading must stop once a withdrawal request is submitted, until the funds are removed. ORBIT SIM FUNDED - payouts every three trading days, minimum $500. Payouts unlock above / 7-day cap: $52,000 / $2,000 ($50K), $103,000 / $2,500 ($100K), $154,500 / $3,000 ($150K), $203,000 / $2,500 ($200K). The drawdown trails closed daily profit dollar-for-dollar and locks permanently at the starting balance once lifetime net profit matches the starting drawdown. After that the account cannot fail below breakeven. INSTANT FUNDING - Direct to Funded ($3,500 account): payouts on any balance above $3,500, weekly cap $3,000, split 50% for the first 30 trading days and 80% after. Instant Sim Funded ($50,000 account): payouts daily Monday to Friday on any balance above $53,000, cap $2,500 per 7-day window, split 80%. LIVE BROKERAGE - minimum withdrawal $250. The Sim Funded weekly caps come off entirely. The safety buffer, meaning the minimum account balance, is never withdrawable. Orbit Brokerage accounts start at a $0.00 baseline and can request payouts above a $100 profit threshold, but withdrawing down to that baseline closes the account, as does equity dropping below $0.00 after a request has been processed.
