Firm Rules

• Profit target is 9-12% depending on the product chosen.
• Maximum daily loss is 3% across all products and resets daily.
• Maximum drawdown is 3-6% static, set at account start.
• There are no consistency rules.
• There are no minimum trading days.
• There is no time limit on the evaluation.

• There is no minimum or maximum trading period and no news restriction.
• EXECUTION: Breakout’s own terms state it may record trade ideas in a hypothetical book OR, at its discretion, route them to an external market maker or exchange.

Payout Policy

Traders keep 80% of profits as standard, upgradeable to 90% at checkout. Payouts are available 24/7 on demand once funded, with a $50 minimum after the split applies, and the first payout can arrive the same day an account is funded.
