NoteOne standard contract equals ten micros, and standard and micro contracts may be held at the same time. Option 2 scaling works in both directions - the limit falls again if cash on hand falls.

Commissions

StructureCharged per side, so a commission applies to each filled contract on entry and again on exit. The rate depends on the instrument; Bulenox publishes a full rate sheet as a PDF in the Help Center.

Exchange dataFree for traders who sign the Rithmic agreement as non-professional. Professional status costs $116 per month for CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX data, and the choice is locked for the life of the account.

Firm Rules

Trading session runs 5:00 PM CT to 4:00 PM CT the following day. All positions must be closed by 3:59 PM CT.

Holding positions overnight is strictly prohibited. Weekend positions are not allowed.

News trading is allowed on every account type. There are no blackout windows, no forced position closing and no penalties around CPI, FOMC, NFP or any other release - the only limits are the drawdown and the contract limit.

Bots, algorithms and trade copiers are permitted, but only tools the account owner built for their own personal use. Commercial, shared, rented or publicly distributed automation is not allowed, and Bulenox provides no support or liability for any of it.

Connecting to Rithmic through a third-party API or trader composite software costs an extra $100 per month.

One standard contract equals ten micro contracts, and both may be traded at the same time. Open positions must stay within the contract limit for the account.

Two risk models, chosen before purchase and locked for the life of the account. Option 1 (No Scaling): the drawdown trails the highest account value in real time, including unrealised profit and commissions, and full contract size is available from day one. Option 2 (EOD): the drawdown moves once a day at the close on realised profit, contract size scales with cash on hand, and a daily loss limit applies.

Option 2 daily loss limit: $500 ($25K), $1,100 ($50K), $2,200 ($100K), $3,300 ($150K). Reaching it disables trading for the rest of the session but is not a violation - trading resumes next session. It is removed permanently once the EOD drawdown locks.

The drawdown stops trailing and locks permanently at the starting balance plus $100, reached at an account value of $26,600 ($25K), $52,600 ($50K), $103,100 ($100K) or $154,600 ($150K). Falling below the threshold after that closes the Master Account.

A Qualification reset costs $78, restores the starting balance on the same account and is processed instantly, but completed trading days start over. A Master Account reset is priced individually through support.

Qualification access is valid for 30 days with no recurring payment. Master Accounts have a one-time activation fee - $143 ($25K), $148 ($50K), $248 ($100K), $498 ($150K) - and no monthly fee. A Momentum Master is activated free of charge.

Up to five Master-level accounts at once, counting Master, Fast Track and Momentum Master in any combination. Qualification Accounts are unlimited and everything runs under one Rithmic User ID.

Funded Account: after three successful payouts a trader may be considered for transition to live futures trading on Bulenox capital. The transition is at the firm's discretion and is not automatic. Declining the Funded Account Agreement closes the Master Account with no further reward.

Funded traders are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes - Form 1099-NEC for US citizens, Form W-8BEN for everyone else.

Payments are non-refundable once an account has been created and used. A terminated account cannot be restored.

Payout Policy

PROFIT SPLIT: the first $10,000 in payouts is 100% the trader's, counted once per trader across every account, not per account. After that the split is 90/10 in the trader's favour. MASTER ACCOUNT - processed weekly on Wednesdays; requests must be in by 11:59 PM CT on Friday to make the following Wednesday. Requires 10 individual trading days, a minimum request of $1,000, the Safety Threshold Reserve, the 40% consistency rule and completed payout and tax documents. Each further payout needs another 10 trading days, counted only after the previous payout has completed. Safety Threshold Reserve - the amount that must remain above the starting balance after a payout: $1,600 ($25K), $2,600 ($50K), $3,100 ($100K), $4,600 ($150K). The account must hold both the reserve and the requested amount, so a $50K account needs $53,600 to withdraw $1,000. The reserve itself can be requested when the Master Account Agreement is terminated. Maximum payout applies only to the first three: $1,000 ($25K), $1,500 ($50K), $1,750 ($100K), $2,000 ($150K). After the third there is no maximum. FAST TRACK - requests before 12:01 PM CT Monday to Friday are ordinarily processed the same day. No minimum trading days. First payout profit goal: $1,500 ($25K), $3,000 ($50K), $6,000 ($100K), $9,000 ($150K). Second and later goals, in NEW profit measured from the balance at the start of that cycle: $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, $4,500. Minimum request $1,000. Maximum for payouts 1-3 / payout 4 and later: $1,000 / $1,250 ($25K), $2,000 / $2,500 ($50K), $2,500 / $3,000 ($100K), $3,000 / $3,500 ($150K). A payout may not bring the balance to or below the drawdown threshold. MOMENTUM MASTER - same-day payouts, activated free of charge. Each cycle needs five qualifying profitable days, which need not be consecutive. A qualifying day is net profit after commissions of at least $100 ($25K), $150 ($50K), $200 ($100K) or $250 ($150K). Minimum balance before a payout / minimum request: $26,500 / $500 ($25K), $53,000 / $1,000 ($50K), $104,500 / $1,000 ($100K), $156,500 / $1,000 ($150K). Payout caps, first / second / third: $1,000 / $1,000 / $1,000 ($25K), $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500 ($50K), $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 ($100K), $2,500 / $3,000 / $4,000 ($150K).
