Firm Rules

• All positions and working orders must be closed by 3:50pm CT, and trading resumes at 5pm CT.
• Daily PnL limit during the evaluation: no single trading day may account for 30% or more of total PnL.
• Copy trading is not allowed. Expert Advisors are not allowed.
• News trading is allowed.
• There is no minimum number of trading days.
• Inactivity: 5 consecutive trading days, and only on funded accounts.
• The Gauntlet Mini allows up to 6 contracts on $50k, 12 on $100k, 15 on $150k and 16 on $200k. The Trader Career Path allows 3 on $25k, 6 on $50k and 12 on $100k. Both are governed by a Progression Ladder, and breaching it is a hard breach.
• Prohibited - platform manipulation: strategies designed to exploit or create platform errors, such as price display faults or delayed price updates.
• Prohibited - disruptive practices, including spoofing.
• Prohibited - unrealistic contract volume: executing an implausible number of contracts in a single day.
• Prohibited - collaborative manipulation: trading between connected accounts, running multiple accounts across different parties, or hedging and pooling risk across unrelated accounts.
• Prohibited - software and automation: any software, AI or ultra-fast data entry that could manipulate the trading environment or create an unfair advantage.
• Prohibited - non-market-aligned trading: trading in a way that does not reflect real practice in the relevant futures markets, or that could cause the firm financial or other harm.
• Prohibited - technical exploitation: tools or strategies that damage the site's functionality or exploit its technical flaws.
• Prohibited - bypassing geographical or other technical restrictions.
• Prohibited - third-party trading: trading on behalf of others, or sharing incentives through any business arrangement.
• Applicants must not have been convicted of a felony, disciplined by the National Futures Association or disciplined by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and must not have an outstanding balance with a trading firm.

Payout Policy

You need at least $239 in profits to cover both the minimum withdrawal and the setup fee.
