Firm Rules

• Minimum Trading Days: 1-Step Prime & 2-Step Pro - Evaluation: 2 days | Funded: None with On-demand Payouts / 3 profitable days of 0.5% profit each day with Bi-weekly payouts / 7 profitable days of 0.5% profit each day with Monthly Payouts 2-Step Prime - Evaluation: 3 days | Funded: None with On-demand Payouts / 3 profitable days of 0.5% profit each day with Bi-weekly payouts / 7 profitable days of 0.5% profit each day with Monthly Payouts
• Direct(Instant Funding) - None: 2-Step Prime X - Evaluation: 5 days | Funded: 3 Profitable days of 0.5% profit each day
• 1-Step Prime & 2-Step Prime: Allowed with no restrictions: 2-Step Prime X, 2-Step Pro & Direct(Instant Funding): Trades can be held through news but no orders may be executed (including pending orders, SL & TP) on affected instruments within 5 minutes before or after a high-impact news release. For Pro & Prime X - Profits from trades executed during this window will be reversed, and reckless exploitation of news volatility may result in account termination.
• Expert Advisor: EAs and algorithms are permitted but must be customized to remain distinct from other traders' strategies. Accounts using 3rd party, identical or near-identical EA configurations may be grouped under a combined capital allocation, and Hola Prime may deny, rebalance, or terminate such accounts. The Risk team may request EA source code at any time for review. Switching between EA and manual trading across the Challenge and Sim Funded stages is not allowed. A consistent methodology must be maintained throughout. Note: EAs are strictly prohibited on Direct Model (Instant Funding).
• Consistent Trading Methodology: Traders must maintain a broadly consistent trading approach across the Challenge and Sim Funded stages. Using an EA, algorithm, or bot to pass the Challenge and then switching to manual trading on the funded account (or vice versa) is strictly prohibited. Materially changing asset classes, symbol categories, margin utilization, or risk exposure between stages is also prohibited. The strategy used to pass the Challenge is your proven strategy, and material deviations may result in account review, suspension, or reward denial.
• Copy Trading: Copy trading is permitted only between Hola Prime accounts (both challenge and funded) owned by the same individual. Copying from external accounts or between accounts owned by different people is strictly prohibited. Accounts sharing identical trade patterns (open and close price, lot size, symbols, etc.) will be considered a breach and immediately terminated.
• 2-Step Pro & Direct(Instant Funding): Prohibited: For Pro - All trades are automatically closed at 15:45 EST on Friday and the account is disabled, contact support to have it re-enabled for trading from Monday onwards. For Directt - All trades must be closed before 15:45 EST on Friday, any trades remaining open will be auto-closed and the account permanently terminated (hard breach).
• Inactivity Rule: Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive days are permanently suspended. Only opening a new trade counts as an active trading day. 2% Risk Per Trade Idea Rule on the Direct, 1-Step Prime, 2-Step Prime and 2-Step Pro Funded Accounts Your risk per trade idea should not exceed 2% of the account size (initial balance). This includes;
• Single Trade Idea: Layering/Splitting Positions - multiple positions on the same assets, same direction, with overlapping time are collectively treated as one single trade idea. The 10-Minute Re-entry Rule - Opening a new position in the same direction on the same asset within 10 minutes of closing counts as the continuation of the same trade idea. Breach of this rule will result in a hard breach and termination of the account. Stop Loss Rules For Defining The 2% Risk Per Trade Idea Rule A Stop Loss is mandatory for every trade. The absence of a Stop Loss will be considered as infinite risk by default. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a hard breach and may result in account termination. Traders must follow sound risk management at all times. Violations of prohibited trading practices may result in the risk limit being reduced to 1%, communicated via official channels.
• 2% Floating Loss Rule on the 2-Step Prime X Funded Accounts: The total floating (unrealized) net loss across all open positions must not reach or exceed 2% of the initial account balance at any time. This applies collectively to all open trades, not individually. No stop loss is required. First violation is a soft breach — if the account is in profit, the balance is rebalanced to the initial balance and trading continues. A second violation is a hard breach, resulting in permanent account termination.
• Max Exposure Limits (2 Step Pro — Funded only): $5K & $10K — No lot limit $25K — 10 lots | $50K — 20 lots | $100K — 40 lots | $200K — 80 lots If breached:
• Profits from exceeding trades are deducted: Trader is responsible if deductions trigger Daily or Max Loss Limit breach Consequences: 1st breach: Warning + profit deduction; account can be re-enabled via support 2nd breach: Profit deduction + profit split reduced to 30% + account termination
• Daily drawdown breach Payout protection policy: If the Daily Loss Limit is breached but the account is profitable, the trader may still receive 100% of their reward and fee reimbursement provided: no single trade exceeded 1% of the initial balance in profit or loss, and all trades had a stop loss in place. Both conditions must be met. Any breach caused by prohibited trading practices or other rule violations results in full forfeiture of profits and pending payouts.
• Direct Trailing Drawdown Lock: Once a trader's profit equals the max trailing drawdown amount, the drawdown locks at the starting balance and no longer trails upward.
• Prohibited strategies: Gambling / Speculative Trading(Speculative Trading, Excessive use of margin and high risk on trades, Strategies which are not reasonably replicable in real markets, Trading without considering technicals or fundamentals, Inconsistent Trading Practices), Hyperactivity / Excessive Trading, Account or Device Sharing, One-Sided Betting, Arbitrage Trading, Tick Scalping / High-Frequency Trading (HFT), Copy Trading Across Different Users, Group Hedging / Cross-Account Hedging, Gap Trading, Account Rolling, Overleveraging / Overexposure, Exploiting Server Errors / Price Feed Discrepancies, Quick Strike Methods, Martingale, DCA(Platform Exploitation, Dollar-Cost Averaging)
• Prime Consistency Program: The Prime Consistency Program (PCP) forms part of Hola Prime's trader sustainability framework and is designed to support traders whose recent trading behavior indicates elevated risk or inconsistency.
• PROP TRADING IS SIMULATED. Hola Prime is not a broker for its prop accounts; execution is simulated against liquidity-provider price feeds and designed to mirror live-market conditions.
• PLATFORM OPERATORS DIFFER: MT4 and MT5 services are operated through Hola Prime Limited Mauritius, while DXTrade, cTrader and MatchTrader run through Gooey Trade GT Tech LLC.
• Liquidity comes from Tier-1 providers; the individual LP names are not publicly confirmed.
• 1-Step Prime: profit target 10%, daily loss 3%, maximum loss 6% STATIC, minimum 2 trading days. No profit target once funded.
• 1-Step Prime funded stage: risk per trade idea 2%, and a 2% floating loss rule.
• 2-Step: profit targets commonly 8% then 5%, daily loss around 5%, maximum loss around 8%. Exact rules vary by plan.
• Current models: 1-Step Prime, 2-Step Prime, 2-Step Pro, Direct Account / Instant Funding, and 1-Step Boost (a promotional offering advertising up to 500x leverage).
• Account sizes run $5K to $300K on the main Forex programs, with a scaling plan advertised up to $4M.
• Futures are offered separately, under the Hola Prime Futures programme rather than these Forex accounts.

Payout Policy

Three payout cycles are published: Biweekly at an 80% split requestable every 14 days, Monthly at a 95% split requestable every 30 days, and On Demand at an 80% split requestable at any time. Combined Forex and Futures allocation is capped at $800K. The three cycles are On-Demand at 80%, Bi-Weekly at 80% and Monthly at up to 95%. The firm advertises payouts within 1 hour, and the current website reports average processing around 33-36 minutes.
