Firm Rules

• MINIMUM TRADING DAYS - none on Instant Funding Lite, One-Stage PRO, One-Step, Two-Step and Three-Step. One-Step Lite and Two-Step Lite require 3 profitable days of 1%, on both the evaluation and the funded account.
• WEEKEND HOLDING AND CRYPTO WEEKEND TRADING - restricted. All trades must be closed by 15:45 EST; anything still open then is closed automatically, potentially at an unfavourable price because of thin end-of-week liquidity. Allowed with the add-on, but that add-on is NOT available on Instant Funding Lite, One-Step Lite or Two-Step Lite.
• NEWS TRADING - holding an existing position through a news event is allowed. Opening a NEW position within 3 minutes before or after a high-impact news event is prohibited on all instruments. Breaking it leads to profit deduction, reduced leverage, or account termination after repeated violations.
• EVALUATION LIMITS - only one evaluation of a given account size and plan type at a time, regardless of platform. A 100K One-Step and a 100K Two-Step can run at once; two 100K One-Steps cannot, even on different platforms.
• COPY TRADING - allowed only between accounts owned by the same trader. Group trading, signal services, passing services, third-party strategies and EAs used for copy trading are all prohibited.
• EXPERT ADVISORS - allowed provided the trader personally owns them. Third-party or shared EAs are prohibited.
• RISK MANAGEMENT - "all-in" trading is not allowed. Using all available margin and maximum lot size on one symbol, or on correlated symbols, is prohibited, as is risking full margin on a single trade.
• ALSO PROHIBITED - high-frequency trading, community trading, prop firm passing services and cross-account hedging.
• INACTIVITY - accounts go inactive after 30 days without trading. On Instant Funding Lite it is 14 days.

Payout Policy

ONE-STAGE PRO, ONE-STEP, TWO-STEP AND THREE-STEP Profit split 80%, or 90% with the add-on. Payouts once every 30 days, with no minimum payout. Drawdown lock, Two-Step and Three-Step: requesting a withdrawal on the funded account locks the maximum drawdown to the starting balance. Drawdown lock, One-Step and One-Stage PRO: once the max trailing drawdown is made back in profit, or a withdrawal is requested on the funded account, the maximum trailing loss stops trailing the high-water mark and locks at the starting balance. INSTANT FUNDING LITE Profit split 80%, or 65% and 90% with add-ons. First payout on demand, then bi-weekly. Withdrawal buffer 1.5% of the initial account balance. Minimum payout 1% of the initial account balance. The drawdown locks at the initial account balance on payout. ONE-STEP LITE AND TWO-STEP LITE Profit split 80%, or 65% and 90% with add-ons. First payout on demand, then bi-weekly. No minimum payout.
