Firm Rules

• Phoenix 3.0 launched on 4 August 2026 and runs four account families: Classic, Spark, Daily and Merit.
• Classic: $25K Starter at $89/mo on TFeed or $109/mo on dxFeed, $50K Growth at $128 / $148, $100K Scale at $269 / $289. EOD trailing drawdown, no daily loss limit, 2 minimum trading days, no activation fee, 90% split, $75 minimum payout, weekly payouts under 3.0.
• Spark: $10K Seed at $44 one-time, $25K Starter at $74 one-time. EOD drawdown during the evaluation, switching to intraday trailing once funded. 1 minimum trading day, a $29 activation fee, an 80% split and a $75 minimum payout.
• Daily: $10K Seed at $99/mo, $25K Starter at $199/mo, $50K Growth at $329/mo. Built around daily payout access rather than the weekly or biweekly cycles used elsewhere. Account-specific rules are worth checking at checkout.
• Merit: a $2K account for $69 one-time with no profit target, a static $2,000 drawdown, a 30 calendar day window, one lifetime attempt and no reset. The split runs 50% until the fee is recovered, then 80%. Funding is subject to the firm's review and risk process.
• Contract limits: Spark and Daily give the full contract allowance from day one, while Classic scales contract limits as profit thresholds are met.
• Cross-account hedging is prohibited, as are high-frequency and exploitative automated strategies. Expert Advisors that generate trades independently are generally not allowed.
• News trading is allowed, including Tier-1 events on the applicable programmes. Scalping is allowed, and Classic has no minimum holding time.
• Overnight and weekend holding restrictions apply on the relevant simulated programmes, and inactivity rules apply.
• Copy trading is available through Phoenix's own Thor copier under its permitted configurations.
• Passing a challenge does not mean trading real capital straight away. The path is Evaluation, then a simulated Pre-Funded account, then payouts, then a Live account with EdgeClear.
• Phoenix runs its own ecosystem: Odin (trading platform), Thor (copier), Saga (journal and analytics), Phoenix Identity (KYC), TFeed (its own futures feed) and Phoenix Labs. Odin and Saga now sit inside the Phoenix dashboard rather than on separate sites.
• Phoenix moved away from Rithmic as its primary feed in 2025 and now runs on TFeed and dxFeed, though TFeed itself supports Tradovate, Rithmic and dxFeed workflows.

Payout Policy

Classic pays a 90% split on a weekly cycle under Phoenix 3.0, with a $75 minimum payout. Spark pays an 80% split with the same $75 minimum. Daily is built around daily payout access; the exact current limits are worth checking at checkout. Merit pays 50% until the challenge fee is recovered and 80% after that. Payout guarantee: if a payout is delayed beyond 24 business hours, it can be doubled up to an extra $1,000 under the guarantee terms. Live transition on Classic and Spark comes after 4 payouts OR $6,000 withdrawn in total, plus a risk review. The Live account sits with EdgeClear on real broker capital. Merit follows a different route and can move toward Live directly after review.
