Firm Rules

• Copy-Trading: Traders are allowed to copy trades manually or automatically in up to 5 of their accounts. Copying trades between Challenge & Earning accounts is prohibited. Traders are allowed to copy trades from a personal external account to TTP accounts. Copying trades from other traders or sources that are not your own is prohibited.
• Expert Advisor (EA): Allowed to trade using your own Expert Advisor (EA), as long as it does not perform any prohibited trading activities outlined in the terms and conditions.
• News Trading: Futures Prime: News trading is allowed.
• Martingale: Martingale or similar high-risk trading strategies are not allowed.
• Grid Trading: Grid trading is not allowed.
• Scalping: Scalping is allowed in all futures accounts.
• Micro-Scalping: Micro‑scalping is defined as opening and closing trades within approximately 10–15 seconds with the primary intention of capturing very small, ultra‑short‑term price moves. Micro‑scalping is strictly prohibited under The Trading Pit's trading rules across all account types and trading instruments.
• Gap Trading: Gap trading is not allowed.
• Overnight Holding: Overnight holding rule: It is not allowed to keep positions open overnight in Futures Prime accounts
• High-Frequency Trading (HFT): High-Frequency Trading (HFT) is not permitted on any of our accounts.
• Inactivity: If no trade is placed for 21 consecutive days, the account will be considered inactive and will be suspended.
• Gambling and Inconsistent Trading: Traders must maintain consistent lot sizes in their trades, demonstrating disciplined and strategic trading practices.
• Futures Prime 1-Phase Evaluation prices: $99 (50K), $189 (100K), $289 (150K).

Payout Policy

Futures Prime: Traders will be paid an 80% profit share. For all payouts For all payouts, 5 profitable days of $150 or more. For the second and all subsequent rewards You must have a positive net profit since your last payout, with a minimum gain of $0.01. Max per request will be 50% of generated profits or cap: 50K accounts: $2500 100K accounts: $3500 150K accounts: $5000
