Consistency Rules

Firm Rules

• News trading is allowed.
• Expert Advisors and automated trading are allowed.
• Weekend holding is not allowed - positions cannot be carried over the weekend.
• Drawdown is static, not trailing, on both the daily 4% and the maximum 8%.
• The evaluation has no time limit and no minimum number of trading days.
• A phase must be completed within 60 calendar days. The timer starts on the first trade and cannot be paused or extended; missing it deactivates the account regardless of profit, and a new plan must be bought.
• Inactivity: one executed trade every 14 days during the evaluation phases, and every 7 days on a Live Funded account. There is no volume requirement and it cannot be paused.
• A breached account cannot be reset - a new one must be purchased.
• Failing KYC closes the account.
• On a Live Funded account, gains already made are still paid out to the trader even if the account is later breached.
• Vertex Funding is not itself a broker and does not hold trader funds. Funding assessment is run by Prop Account LLC and broker services are provided by ThinkMarkets. A qualified trader signs a Trader Agreement with Prop Account LLC, not with Vertex Funding.

Payout Policy

Profit split up to 90%. The rest of the payout terms could not be confirmed on the firm's own site. Third-party databases report a payout cycle of roughly 7 days and a 0.5% withdrawal fee, and one lists daily payouts. None of that is stated by Vertex Funding itself, so it is recorded here as unconfirmed rather than as fact. Check the minimum payout, the payout method and any fee at signup.

Restricted Countries
