Consistency Rules

EDGE in general: a one-time payment, a 6% profit target, a 2% daily loss limit, a 4% maximum EOD drawdown, 3 minimum trading days, a 45 calendar day maximum, 50% consistency and no recurring subscription.
Challenge FLEX (one-step): the same $15K to $150K sizes, but with no daily loss limit and no consistency rule. EOD drawdown, 3 minimum trading days, 45 day maximum.
Direct Pass (instant funding): $15K to $150K with no evaluation, structured risk rules and a 50% consistency requirement. The minimum reward request is $125.
Direct Pass Freedom: the relaxed version of Direct Pass - instant funding, no evaluation, no consistency rule and no daily loss limit, up to $150K.
Minimum holding time is 30 seconds. Closing a trade sooner can count as a violation, which rules out ultra-fast scalping.
Automated trading is prohibited: bots, Expert Advisors, automated systems, AI-driven automation and ultra-high-speed techniques.
News trading is allowed - there is no general restriction around news events.
Hedging is prohibited, in particular taking opposite positions across unconnected accounts to net off aggregate risk.
Also prohibited: spoofing, latency arbitrage, high-frequency abuse, slow or external data feeds, price-feed manipulation, excessive contract usage, trading for another person, coordinated strategies, exploiting platform bugs and circumventing geographic restrictions.
The trading session runs 5:00 PM CT to 3:10 PM CT. All positions must be closed before 3:10 PM CT or the market close, whichever comes first.
Hitting the daily loss limit is a soft breach: the account can auto-liquidate for the rest of that session rather than being lost outright.
Worth checking: parts of the website describe LiveX in terms of real funds, while the June 2026 Terms describe all accounts as simulated and say the firm does not provide direct access to live markets. The two do not agree.
Payout Policy
The minimum reward request is $125.
A monthly cap applies: 8% of the original account size per calendar month - $1,200 on $15K, $4,000 on $50K, $8,000 on $100K and $12,000 on $150K. Anything above the cap stays in the account and can be taken in a later month.
LiveX (after passing a challenge) offers two reward plans: weekly, paid every Friday after the close at a 60% trader split; or biweekly, every two weeks at an 80% split. The headline 80% is the biweekly option.
Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom have no fixed payout day - a request can be made once the requirements are met. The first payout pays 50% to the trader and the second onward pays 80%.
Payouts are made by bank transfer, Wise, Binance Pay or USDC, targeted within 48 hours. Binance Pay is currently unavailable to European traders.
